Charlie sauntered over to an open computer and logged in using the ID that was given to him. After he was sure no one else was in the room, he uncapped his finger, revealing a USB plug. He plugged himself in and downloaded a copy of himself into the computer to hack into the school's mainframe. "Hm, seems to be a pretty tough firewall, it's going to take a few weeks." Charlie stood up, logged off, and walked out of the room, leaving his copy to continue getting into the mainframe. Soon he would be able to know people's names instantly and never have to look at a schedule, but he would just have to wait.

*l. enkhor Lenka had walked into the lab moments after Charlie sat down. However, in the face of the young man/machine (he was a computer, Lenka had no idea how computers measured age)'s gaze around the room, he had immediately blended in with the wall behind him, much like a chameleon, to his own dismay. Nevertheless, it worked, and Charlie did not notice him. Lenka frowned as he watched the proceedings; it was hazardous, to him, to let a student just hack into the mainframe. Sure, it was possible, but why so? He supposed it would be hard to guard the school's systems against something that was supposedly a living computer himself, but even still. As Charlie stood up, speaking to himself, Lenka followed him out of the doorway. Once they had left the computer lab behind and were in the middle of a hallway, he slipped past Charlie to stand in front of him and unshielded, frowning. "Care to explain what that was about, Mr. Asimov?"

Charlie was taken aback at first, but quickly regained his composure. "Oh,just a little research, sir." he replied, grinning.

*l. enkhor Lenka rolled his eyes. "Yes, which is why, of course, I suspect if we inspected the coding -- and I don't mean me, I mean someone on par with you -- we would find it untampered with and nothing out of the ordinary, am I right?" He leaned back a little. "And also, coincidentally, the research might be why I heard you mentioning a firewall. Considering, you know, the school only really walls out its own systems."

"Well, uh, you see, I just.." Charlie's face begins to glitch slightly and electricity sparks between his hands as he taps them together. He then pops up, his facing turning into a large exclamation point and then morphing back to normal. "I simply wanted to retrieve a copy of my schedule, I seem to have lost mine, I'm sorry for my actions, sir."

*l. enkhor Lenka's eyebrows went up in only slightly-faked surprise. "Oh, is that so?" he inquired, leaning back to place his weight on his back foot and placing a finger on his chin, imitating contemplation. "Well, I have to ask you to keep track of your possessions better next time." Far from being done, Lenka reached over his torso for the file folder tucked under one arm. "Today is your lucky day, I think!" He gave a beaming smile to the young man. "It just so happens I keep schedules for the new students on hand in case they do what you have just done. It happens a lot, you know, Mr. Asimov!" He dug into the folder and freed Charlie's schedule, handing it to him. "Now that you have this, there's no need for you to be... tinkering around on all the computers."

Charlie glanced at the schedule, his smile faltering for a second before looking back up. "I will disable the program as soon as I can, sir, but I believe I am going to be late to my next class at this rate." And with that Charlie sprinted off toward a stairwell.
